Lane Watt continues to lead in saddle broncs after day three of the rodeo at the 40th edition of Grande Prairie Stompede. He has a score of 84.
He’s followed closely by Dusty Hausauer, who sits in second. Rounding out the top-five are Jake Finlay, Kirk Thompson and Layton Green.
Clint Laye and Seth Hardwick still share the lead in bareback with 86.5. They’re followed by California’s Clayton Biglow, Luke Creasy and Connor Hamilton.
No change in the overall bull riding standings from day two. Beau Hill leads with an 83.5, Luke Gee is just behind at 83.
There was no change at all in the top-10 of tie-down roping. Randall Carlisle of Louisiana continues to lead in tie-down roping with a time of 7.9 seconds. Kyle Lucas, Blane Cox, Logan Hofer and Mace Perozak come in after Carlisle.
The lead in steer wrestling now belongs to Dustin Nicholson with a time of 4.4. That bumps Matt Richardson’s 5.1 down to third.
Maple Creek, Saskatchewan’s Tom Kerr has the lead in novice saddle broncs with a score of 79. Ben Anderson is now in second at 70.
Danny Vandenameele held on to his lead in novice bareback today with a 76.5, Colton Oullette comes in at second following him at 70.5.
With a time of 15.761, Michelle McLeod is still your leader in ladies’ barrel racing. Big Valley’s Kirsty White is now second, just off the lead. Third is Nancy Csabay, Brett Willis fourth and Paige Manning of Edson is fifth.
Clay Ullery and Riley Wilson are still your leaders in team roping at 4.8 seconds.
